[Regarding the Storage Period and Shipping Timing of Specimens]
It is preferable that the specimen be confirmed at our testing facility within one week if stored at room temperature after collection.
Due to the holidays and operational schedule of our testing facility explained below, if there is a possibility that the confirmation process will exceed one week, it is recommended to store the specimen under refrigeration until shipment. ・Our testing facility receives specimens on weekdays only (excluding weekends and public holidays in Japan). If a specimen arrives on a holiday, it will be confirmed on the next business day before proceeding with the analysis.
・During consecutive public holidays (such as Golden Week), it may take several days before the analysis starts. Therefore, we recommend either adjusting the specimen collection date or storing the specimen under refrigeration temporarily before shipment to ensure proper handling.
